Quick and nutritious lunch.


I precooked chicken breast. 
2 shallots, 
1 tablespoon of flour,
pince of ground black pepper,
1/2 diced onion.
1/2 cup parmesan cheese,
2 cups milk. 
1 teaspoon of butter. 
2 cups of butterfly pasta.
1/4 cup parsnip, finely chopped. 
packet of chicken stock.

Cook pasta, make a rue of the onion, shallots, parsnip, flour butter and milk. Add in diced chicken and parmesan cheese. Add stock. Add pasta. Enjoy.
